    What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

    Yeah! I have 1 AF Friday in the bag too. Makes you feel good doesn't it Shaggy?
    Thats 10/15 now.
    I should be adding my first AF Saturday to the list too, but I'm fighting with that "its 5 o'clock somewhere" feeling that always rears its head on a Saturday afternoon, but I will win today!!!

    I am having an AF Sat night, bringing my total to 11 now :)

    I am aiming to try for a long spell of AFness now, till Xmas if possible, but not going to beat myself up if I can't do it

    My sisters soon to be FIL has been diagnosed with terminal cancer, so they are getting married in Dec, only booked last week :eek:

    Went dress shopping today, and she got the second one on she tried, such a relief as she is a nightmare shopping for clothes!
    Went to the pub to celebrate, with a can of diet coke lol
