Manchester Hotel

Hi could anyone recommend a hotel in Manchester for July 2012 please? will be attending Old Trafford so easy access via foot, Metro or train would be useful

If you're purely visiting OT, then the most convenient location is going to be Salford Quays. There are quite few hotels around there, depending on your budget - Travelodge, Premier Inn, ETAP, Holiday Inn Express, Copthorne etc. And you can get a tram into the city centre.0

Old Trafford has convenient transport links from manchester city centre so you could literally stay wherever you like! From experience the waiting for a tram/bus after a game is horrendous so if you can get a hotel within walking distance then i would opt for that over something in the city centre. Premier Inn/Travelodges etc are nearby. But if you want town thent heres loads that are bang in the centre like Hilton, Marriott and Roomzzz.0
