Have you got money stuck in your old phone?

I'm not sure of a few things here

How is this a praise, vent or warning?

Sorry - it's a half vent half warning. I've sent my phone in and i'm finding it hard to get the money out of them in spite of repeated emails. They have had it since the start of Dec and have confirmed receipt.
It wasn't overly clear really was it from the first post!!!!! Night time's obviously not my peak time :o(

The business is called Sell Old Phone which is their trading name. The company name is Greener Tomorrow Ltd. From memory I believe they are based in the North East.

Tis too late for me - the phone is already with them. I was looking at Mazuma but a friend put me off them.

Just wondered if anyone here had got any tips or used them before with sucess and if not, a warning to think carefully before you do. I can't get anything out of them save auto replies saying they will come back and sometimes not even those.

To say I'm a Yorkshire girl, I consider it to be fairly good really, although sometimes people struggle to 'get' me! :D
  • Doesn`t look like a good site, took a while to find it on google, I had to argue with postal drop about the amount they offered, but mazuma was the best. They pay the same day as they receive it by quick transfer. You could try and ask for your phone back. What phone was it and how much was offered out of curiosity, were they paying more than the others?

They were on a par to be fair, better than say Boots or Argos, but comparable with the likes of Mazuma etc. it was an iphone 3gs -2yr old one so going price was around £100.
My next tack is to ask for it back, but it concerns me as to the state I will get it back in IF that happens.....
