City Linking Not Thinking

Got a card for a delivery via City Link found by a neighbour outside our block of flats, She brought it to our door, Phoned the 0870 (rip off) number on the card and was told I could collect between 7 and 8 pm tonight, got there at 7:30 place was shut and no staff to be seen, another guy was there too he had the same story card found outside flats and brought in by a neighbour. So another journey tomorow to pick up my goods, but the worst thing is -almost the same thing with the card being dumped in the street happened over a year ago with City Link and we were assured driver had been re trained etc. I now get everything delivered to my work if possible but this time I had to use home address as it is a first time order with this suplier. (PS the driver who covers my work in Motherwell is brnad new and very helpful)
