Incorrect detail on parking ticket

I received a parking ticket from a London Borough, it was a straightforward case of me parking at the wrong time. So fair do's my mistake. I have a few questions I hope someone can help me with though.
1. It was a rainy day and the ticket was not sealed properly in the bag and consequently some of the print is illegible.
2. The bag containing the ticket was at the bottom of my windscreen not adhered to the glass - in fact the backing paper is still in tact on at least 3/4 of it.
3. Among the detail that is legible is Colour: Blue. The fact is my car is green, and just to make sure I have checked the Reg doc. The make of vehicle and reg no are correct.
Would any of the make the ticket void? Any loopholes that anyone might know about??

Does the ticket say
Traffic management act 2004 on it, should be at the very topHi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
IIRC on council tickets having the wrong colour written on the ticket isn't normally grounds for appeal.0

The fact that they have the colour wrong is not a ground for appeal. If the registration number were wrong, then that would be fatal to the PCN.
However, all is not lost.
Re-post this on http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showforum=30 and also post up the full ticket. There are plenty of posters on there who will be able to advise you as to whether or not there are any faults with the PCN.0
