Endowment mortgage claims

Hi
I'm just wondering if there is any history of claiming after the deadline has gone. Back then I never thought I would get any compensation due to the fact that my predicted fund was still going to be higher than I had paid in. But my financial situation has now changed and I could do with the money as my endowment payments are now double what hey were and more than the mortgage itself.

Any info much appreciated

If you mean the 3 year timebar then there is very little chance of success overturning that. The FOS are very strong on it. You have to show a valid reason for not complaining for the whole period (not just 3 years but all the years after that as well). Typically that means being incapacitated for the whole period or something along those lines of severity.

    When was yours timebarred?
