sofa gone soft after 2 weeks

Options
I purchased 2 identical 3 seater leather recliner sofas for Harvey's on 5th November and one of the sofa went soft after 2 weeks of minimum use.
Harvey's sent out two of their technicians to assess the problem but both have reported as no fault found. They put the problem down to normal settlement of the foam filling which they claim happens to the extent of 20%. The other sofa is still firm and was used more than the faulty one.
We purchased the sofa's as they were firm. I was not informed that there would be 20% loss of firmness at the time of purchase. Were we missold the sofas?
I will be grateful if someone can advise me on what to do next.
