ukpc final reminder

Hi all

just posted the latest ukpc final reminder notice on here, now threatening debt recovery and if necessary county court proceedings. If the court orders judgement against me then i am liable for interest, court costs and i might never get credit again:eek:

then if i still dont pay BAILIFFS and their costs, good job i got new underwear for xmas.

funny how there is no proper buisness address or contact name on any of their paperwork, as per usual wife is getting rather nervous again after seeing the above.

anyway happy new year to you all (apart from the ppc)

You do know that you should ignore them, don't you ? Their final reminder/plead for your money should be filed in the scam section of your filing system, probably in the Nigerian section ;) The next move will be to the debt collectors scammers, then the fake solicitors and then nothing as they give up.

Watch the watchdog videos in regards to this, they tell exactly what these invoices are.
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

These scammers cannot send bailiffs round. A bailiff is a court appointed official. All this scum can do is appoint a debt collection agency who have no powers of entry or siezure. All a DCA can do is send silly threatening letters or possibly daft phone calls that can be safely ignored. Do not be taken in by this two bob scam.
Still waiting for Parking Eye to send the court summons! Make my day!

Don't worry you have the Roxburghe/Graham White mishmash to come yet!:p
  • Just out of interest, this is taken from the BPA's COP, Annex B, Section B13.1(d):

"The courts expect parties in civil actions to be co-operative, and to try to resolve disputes without court proceedings. The courts do not look favourably upon operators who try to demand money within short timescales and by using threats, and will award costs against them."
