PPI - Not sure if mis sold ?

Hi
I've had an MBNA credit card for a number of years, and I've paid a lot of ppi during this time.
I do not recall agreeing to ppi, but that does not mean I didn't agree. The simple fact is I don't remember, but it's not something I've taken out on any other credit cards.
At what point during the applicartion process is the ppi supposed to be agreed ? I'm assuming if MBNA can provide no evidence that I agreed then I'd have a strong case for a claim ?
Thanks
Dibs

before you sign. However, many credit card PPi sales are done after the event. i.e. on phonecalls.I'm assuming if MBNA can provide no evidence that I agreed then I'd have a strong case for a claim ?
Mostly that is the case. However, the fact you cannot recall the conversations does mean you are weakened if they can provide evidence you agreed to it.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
