Well I had reply from "Laura" and she said that they can't replace items in the order so no Daisy and no replacement. Never mind I've saved some money.

I've not yet had an e-mail. I ordered at about 6.30pm and my order status is saying exported. Don't think I will be receiving it if everyone else has been receiving cancellation e-mails

I had a similar experience. I only checked after reading this thread and found 2 duplicate messages from 'Tanzeela' that had gone to my spam box - no mention of the Perfume Shop at all until I opened one. I was given 1 hour 50 mins to respond.
I ordered late so can't complain about the cancellation, but I'm non too happy with the way the company corresponds.

Just checked my account and the order, complete with the Daisy, says exported, so I'd not uncross fingers until you see an actual 'despatched' by the order.

Has anyone had cancellations for Lola or Oh Lola yet?

After reading the above post, I have just logged into my email account to check the Junk folder but thankfully no cancellation email. My order was placed at 5.20pm so hopefully my order will be sent out. It seems orders placed at 6pm onwards are being cancelled.

Were all the cancellation emails sent at the same time or are they working backwards on the orders? Everytime I get an email through to my phone I keep thinking it's a cancellation email from perfume shop!

As I stated in an earlier post, I went in to the perfume shop on 27th Dec and noticed the Daisy gift set on the shelf but the price was turned backwards. I asked how much the gift set was and was told it was £44.99 but I had already checked their website which showed the price at £34.99
After mentioning this to her I was told 'this is the new box' but it seems to me like the assisstant knew this gift set would be reduced or was currently reduced at the time I went in and was keeping it for herself as why else would the price be turned around? I will be really annoyed if my order has been cancelled after I have been trying since before Christmas to get hold of this gift set but all stores had sold out. I never thought of going back to my local store today to check but I imagine that will have been the last one on display.

I think you may well be right. I have just looked at 'my account' and it states 'EXPORTED' (not shouting just showing how its typed) and of course I've had the email saying the Daisy is oos and to let them know by 5pm if I still wanted the remainder sending. As I said, I wasn't in to let them know, so I await with baited breath for the Lola. I am beginning to think there has been no assemblance of orders and perhaps they were just picked up as and when, in which case its possible that the first orders were at the bottom of the tray!!! Sounds like their stock control procedure is about as good as B&Q. Actually I had the same problem last year with Harvey Nicks who were also showing stock of the very same item (Daisy) and they couldn't fulfil their orders. Shocking in this era of modern technology!
