I am wondering if someone from Crewe will be able to advise me where to park for free near Breedon House, Edleston Road, Crewe? If there is a free car park?

Go on Google maps and do a virtual drive around the streets, that's what I always do. Unless things have changed since the Google pics on StreetView were taken, it looks like you can park free for 40 mins on High Street. Why a car park, do you need several hours?
BTW I am in West Sussex so nowhere near Crewe but if no-one sees this thread who is local, then do the StreetView tour I have suggested, get there half an hour early and park on street somewhere. I did also see a car park or two when 'swivelling round' the view online - but I always look on street first - I tend to think it's not very MSE to pay for a car park when the streets are free or cheap.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
