What if the LL now begins being funny about the the condition of appliances the house?? We were present on check-out and the LL went round rooms with us and said everything was fine and she was happy with it. However, although we had an inventory at the start of the tenancy, nothing in writing was exchanged on check-out. Where would that leave us if she now says oh this was dirty or that was not good enough?? Could she do that?? We left the property in tip-top condition and had carpets professionally cleaned etc.. But she can always invent things about the cooker or something.

    Thanks again.
