Been busy in the garden and have decluttered more brambles. Also got round to collecting out-of-service plant pots, cleaning and sorting them by size... over 200! Won't be counting them cos it seems like cheating. Also dumped about a dozen which were broken, plus several compost bags.

Finally ditched my 2004 Road Atlas - recycling. :T

Have to concentrate on the garden at the mo - I'm on a roll and mustn't get distracted, or the brambles and nettles will easily takeover again. But will turn to the house when/if the weather breaks, (or it gets too hot. :rotfl:)

I've been reading but not posting over the last month or so. Wow - there's a lot of great decluttering going on! :T

As you can see from my signature, February was my great month but not much has been happening since. The rooms in my house have been decluttered but, to be honest, I've been avoiding the loft, the shed and the garage!

I'm taking 13 items of clothing to the charity shop today but my goal is to start on the loft. Even if I managed one bag a day it would eventually get done.

Have a good day everyone :)

:) Well, it's in the low twenties and I should be gardening but it's too hot plus I will want to water things and there is no point in doing that in the heat of the day. I shall be going to my allotment in the early evening. Gently pootling about the flat today, doing a little light recycling.

    62. A mattress. This was Freecycled but I didn't list it earlier as I'd replaced it with a new one. Howsomever, as kind posters pointed out with my old/new sofa, I did declutter one so I shall count it.

    63. A defunct mobile phone battery to recycling at the mobile phone shop.

    64. Jam jars on Freecycle (bag of).

    65. Statements to closed bank account from years ago-shred.

    66. My Iceland Bonus Card- de-registered and cut-up.

    67. Several exp warranties and 2 small appliance boxes- shred & recyc.

I think I have one or two things (among the several squillion items) in my lottie shed which could reasonably be decluttered so will have a root for the lawn edging tool. I now have a sharp spade to edge the path with so no need to keep this. Only cost me £1 at a bootfair so I can give it away with a clear conscience.

    67/100 in May.

Keep up the good work but remember not to overdo it in the heat esp if you are up in the loft.
