The competition is open to visitors to https://www.carnivalcruise.co.uk who elect to sign up to receive offers from Carnival Cruise Lines and are resident in the UK or Ireland over the age of 25 years. The prize will consist of a 12-night Mediterranean cruise onboard Carnival Breeze for two persons sharing a sea-view twin cabin, to be taken between June and October 2012. The prize draw for the cruise will take place on 29th February 2012 and the winner will be notified in writing. The prize is not transferrable to other persons, or Carnival ships and itineraries and there is no cash alternative. Carnival Cruise Lines terms and conditions apply.
The prize will include scheduled economy class flights from London, transfers (airport-ship and ship-airport) and accommodation for 12 nights in a sea-view stateroom, full board basis. Not included are: travel insurance (which is mandatory and the responsibility of the winner), transportation to and from the airport in the UK, gratuities for cabin steward/table waiter (value $10 per person per day), drinks onboard (15% automatic gratuity added to bar prices), shore excursions and personal expenses, which will be charged for onboard.

Entry form is not laid out correctly. Last line needs a postcode despite it showing higher up on form.
