I had an M&S latte today before work. I felt like I needed a little treat :o and it was lovely. Just enough to satisfy but I no longer have to have one every day. The thought of all the money they cost is helping me to be restrained (most of the time).

Well done magni. I have the occasional coffee - maybe one at the weekend once or twice a month. At one point it would be in the week and both days at the weekend. It was the thought of all the money they cost that did it for me too

A bath bomb used up another £ to the pot. I had a thought when I buy something that I don't need I'll take £5 off my total.

Just to keep me on check.:p
  • Toner and a hand cream used up this morning, so £2 into the pot, which is growing nicely :)
I realised this morning that I am down to my last hand cream  which, in days gone by, would have sent me into a mini panic buying of another two or three at least.... But this time I am going to wait until I have run out, or nearly run out before I buy one. I work in a supermarket !!!!!!, it's not like I'm not gonna have access to any!!!

I have to confess to a bulk purchase though... Liz Earle had an offer on their C&P where you buy a starter kit (cleanser plus two cloths) for £9.50 instead of the usual price of £14.25... So I bought 5:o:eek: In my defense, it is the cleanser I use the most, the price was fantastic and I didn't include my C&P in my original inventory... Plus I am still using up the other face washes as well!

    Confession over :)

eppp it's hard to resist a bargain on some beauty product you love. I'd be the same. At least you will use it up though as you already know you like it;)

I am having a home made milky coffee. It's actually quite nice and much cheaper than buying lattes all the time. It will save me a fortune and I'll still be keeping up the milk intake for the old bones:rotfl:

I spotted a McDonald's coffee cup in a bin last night and just had to look and see if it still had the sticker on it for the loyalty card. It did, so I took it out of the bin and removed the sticker:o Very MSE and one (free) step closer to a free latte:rotfl:
