Hi anyone had dealings with i smart? they have been handling my claim for over 2 years and had one update 9 months ago. Despite numerous calls requesting update I have had nothing. I called today but after spending 6 minutes going through menus and a further 24 minutes in queue where I was first in line for 8 minutes they dropped my connection.
What a shower going to lodge complaint now.

I would contact the Claims regulation management office via (Ministry of justice) and explain your situation with them, that is a very long time and surely there should have been some action on this by now.
However, I do not know much about using claims companies, but if the business fail to deal with your case, then maybe you could have a go yourself with free help from this site.
