Sole Trader - company car options

Hello,
I've recently set up my own health care business and I am operating as a sole trader. I need to get myself a car for my business now as I'm looking to go mobile and wondered what the options are?
Hire? Lease? Buy?
Also, what are the implications with mileage and fuel expenses?
Any help much appreciated! :money:
Thanks
