    We used this one. I explained everything on the phone after looking at the web sites. It did the job extremely well for us - including a trust fund as well.

    as said previously do not let any solicitor handle probate. My sister worked for one and said the firm aimed for at least £1000 fees form probate. I've just been an executor for my mums will. It was a bit long winded at times as she needed the full forms ads her estate was over about £300,000. The gov. agencies that deal with the wills are very very helpful and It wasn't hard - just a bit long winded at times.
