Some Praise for Tesco Photo

I had ordered 3 canvas prints on the 4th December for Christmas presents. Tesco were at the time offering half price on all canvas's and therefore it worked out a great deal.
However, due to the high demand I had to wait till the 21st December for collection instead of the 14 days, which was frustrating as it was so close to christmas but understandable.
On the 21st my order still showed as 'working on it' so after many phone calls (original customer service was rubbish, kept hanging up on me during the conversation), they told me that the order wouldn't be ready in time for Christmas.
They did however offer a full refund of nearly £90 and a free canvas print plus said I would get my order still free of charge.
My order is supposed to be ready today for collection but they are still 'working on it' but i have received the full refund and was able to get another present or the recipient in time for Christmas.
