- No computer after 9.00 pm and light out by 11.30 pm; Light not out by 11.30pm several nights in a row and don't I know it.
- 5 fruit and veg a day; This would have been a catastrophe yesterday had it not been for the freezer. We managed to cram the whole five into one meal - parsnips, sweet potato, beetroot, broccoli and apple crumble.
- Keep a careful record of floury stuff eaten so that if I get a reaction I can work out what's making it happen; Apparently I'm helpless faced with a bacon sandwich. I'm just a girl who cain't say no.
- Electric toothbrush once a day at least; I'm getting worse not better at this.
- Write all Christmas cards and do all the obvious Christmas shopping by 30 November so December is just the fun stuff. The road to hell ....
- Clear the filing tray and the in tray by the end of the month. Because I've been feeling so much better I've been ignoring my desk for weeks and it's all bit chaotic. Even more slippage.

Update for yesterday:
Money: Did a bit of Christmas shopping, but the money was there within my YNAB. Loads more to do of course, and I must be careful not to bust my budget. Called at M & S while I was in town and wasted £4 - see below!!
Excellent going.
Healthy eating: Four portions of F & V eaten, which is the best for a while. Unfortunately my favourite M & S cakes were on offer at two for £4. I did partake.
But they were on offer, so it would have been ungrateful and brattish to have spurned them.
Me: Didn't even shower yesterday
Well, of course, there is the research that says we're making our children ill by being too clean, so I'd guess that this is you coming out in support of 'At Risk' DD due to heartbreak, by not risking her health, no?Better is good enough.1 -

Thank you, it was rather fabulous. Gravy on the savory end, and custard on the appley end, obviously. I'm surprised you had to ask.
Carp yesterday so I'm not posting each point as a fail; it was a training and practice day, but sans chicken food being made available.Better is good enough.1 -
Hello. Alchemilla here.
I haven't caught up for ages.
Dear love your DD. In the middle of teacher training too?
All sounding wonderfully positive.1 -
- No computer after 9.00 pm and light out by 11.30 pm; Light went out about 10.30 last night and I'm still tired today. Over-doing it a bit, I fear. Only another 3kg of crabapples to go and I'm finished preserving for the season. And not before time.
- 5 fruit and veg a day; Probably not.
- Keep a careful record of floury stuff eaten so that if I get a reaction I can work out what's making it happen; Okay.
- Electric toothbrush once a day at least; Back in the game at long last.
Even more more slippage but that's because it's still November.

DD says that the teacher training is all-consuming and leaves her no time to think about her broken heart so that's good I think.

Money Got none. And our superfast internet is due next week (yay) but there is a £150 cost for the equipment and £40 monthly ongoing charge (boo). It's a community thing and no-one is making a profit from it, that's just the base cost. I am looking forward to joining the broadband generation, but no cheap deals for us.
Healthy eating:o
My beautification I had intended epilating my legs today but it was too cold to take my socks off. Maybe tomorrow. Or Spring. It's not like I wear dresses in this weather so there's really no point and fluffy legs are warmer.LBM Dec 2011. Aimed, but failed, to clear all unsecured debt by Feb 2019.
