Yeah, but how many times has it been off-road? All the times it was parked on the path..."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

I changed to a small car at Christmas. I had an estate car, which I loved , but despite being relatively new was developing annoying problems. I went for a small car because the change over cost was so little and it was nearly new. I was pretty sad to see the estate go, but then I filled up with petrol and have not kept the smile off my face since. My little car is using about 4o% less petrol. Over a month I really notice the savings.0

Good luck selling it. I'd not thought of selling a car on ebay even though I sell other stuff on there. Might give it a go so off to look at costs etc. Hope it sells well.January budget

If you're looking for a small decent car that doesn't cost a lot to run then go for a peugeot 306 diesel. They'll do minimum 55 miles to the gallon, have a decent sized boot, leg room and are suitable for tall people. My parents keep on at me to sell mine (its now 8 years old) but I've had it since almost new and I've taken care of it. Its hardly cost me anything in repairs. The engines in them just keep going. There's a guy I work with who has a 94' 306 which has done 200,000 miles and is still going with no problems. You'll be able to pick one up (age depending) for between 400 and 1000 for one thats about 8-10 years old.CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera.
