Hi folks,
Why are the rates given by the various utilities switching companies different to the rates quoted on the utility companys web site?
I've looked at switching today and EDF come out top for gas and electric (compared to current British Gas) but the rates on Energyhelpline are different to the EDF's own site. Is there a reason for this?
Sorry if it's been asked before (probably every day since the forum began!!)
Stephen.
