Lloydstsb problems!!

Hello, after some advise on 3 business loans I have tried to reclaim the ppi on,the first loan we had was for £10k and we paid the loan off early, they have sent us a offer letter saying that they will pay out for this loan which is fair enough, but it's the other two loans we were more interested in which they say in the same letter that there is no grounds to support the policy was mis sold so they won't uphold the complaint, funny that seeing as the first loan we had was for £45k with about £5k of ppi on it and this loan was taken out in 2006 then we had another loan which paid this loan off and the new loan was for £61k with £7k of ppi on it which we are paying off now with a balance of £34k on it,so there's a lot off ppi on them and intrest so what's my next move as I don't want to accept the letter as it will say I,m fine with the offer which I,m not as the first loan was done the same as the other two loans so why won't they uphold them?what's my next move can any body help me?after reading about lloydstsb on here it's not good is it,thanks for any help!;)

Lloyds refund PPI relatively pro-rata on early repayment. You appear to be forgetting those refunds in your calcs.

Did you make a point of complaining about the insurance being front loaded and charged interest on? If not, make the point now. If they reject it still, then refer it to the FOS

    Hi there

What was the actual reasons for them not upholding on the other loan ppi's? (if you don't mind me asking).

You need to work on them, as they may have overlooked on them, I take it the mis selling reasons were the same?

Well done on your success on the one!;)

  • They never gave me a reason why just saying that they found no grounds I was mis sold it but it was sold the same as the other loan so don't understand it really.
  • Spoke to lloydstsb today,I said to them why has the one loan been upheld but not the other two and there answer was there was no ppi on the other two loans which there is because I had the loan agreement in front of me,he went away to then speak to someone then came back to me then said we can't see the loan agreements,so he then said post them to us via are local branch and they will investigate further, now to me sounds like they were trying to pull one on me?I've now sent all that of to them so will see what happens.
