Toilet flushing but mainly on one side

I have a dual flush, fairly new cloakroom loo bought from wickes about 6 months ago. I have a problem that when I flush it the main force of the water seems to be on one side, therefore not completely clearing everything first time. The loo paper just seems to spin round and round. Any tips please?:o

Sounds like the ways are blocked or restricted. Get the guy back who fitted it for you to investgate under warranty.

The water flows down through internal passageways, ducts or "ways" from the cistern into the bowl. The outlets are under the rim.
If you're only getting water on one side, then something is blocking the other.
First thing to do is find some type of flexible cleaning implement, thin enough to poke under the rim and into the water outlets, and see if they're blocking at that point. A small mirror may help.0 -
Thank you, I will try that.0
