I just can't think what stuff I could buy off ebay to make out big day cheaper now!
So far I have bought our favours (100 mini love heart tubes = £5.40ish) and 50 purple organza bags (1p!)
But now I'm stuck as to what I could get. I only need my veil but will be buying that from the bridal shop where I got my dress, and the decorations for the reception are all under control by the venue.
any ideas at all what I could buy off there? just throw any ideas into the wind

Oh the idea of a wishing well is brilliant! I was thinking of maybe a wishing tree though? We won a guestbook with our wedding prize, so I could stick them in after like a scrapbook I guess

With the placecards, do they come printed with everyones names on them?0 -
So far from ebay I have got:
my jupon petticoat
ribbon for the invites
place name cards
sweetie bags
2 X bridesmaid tiaras
pearl hair pins
Post box
Pair of low heeled shoes for the evening (bargain buy it now 99p and about £4 p and p)
scatter crystals
I know quite a few people have got bridesmaid and best man gifts from ebay.
I cant think what else we have got from ebay, will add if I think of anything else.:)
For invite bits I have found the range to be very good value. It depends really the kind of thing you need. I have also used local wedding facebook groups and got some bargains on there.0 -

Why not make your own tree? I'm going to have a go. Find someone who will let you take some branches. fix some battery operated lights, tape bulbs, spray in chosen colour. Stnad in suitable vase/pot with sand, cover with something pretty.
Voila.

PS - what do you need to buy? There is little point buying things for the sake of it. Also, Ebay isn't always the cheapest place for things, unless you are looking for one off items.May GC - £100 per week

I was asking incase anyone could tip off a spark in my head for something I needed as I've got a complete mind blank. I don't know if i could make my own, I'm pretty rubbish at those.
I found a nice well though: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/WOODEN-WISHING-WELL-PLANTER-POT-FLOWER-BED-0610-/130451184966?pt=UK_Home_Garden_Garden_Plants_Pots_Window_Boxes_CV&hash=item1e5f7f1d46#ht_500wt_1054
Can paint it white and then use it after for a nice plant
