difference in £ working 16 v 30 hours a week?

Hiya, does anyone know what cut I'll take if I drop my self employment hours to 16 rather than the 13 I do now? I can't find anything clear online at all!

fab link, thank you! so that is £790 a year, £15 ish a week? do you know if it would mess up any other benefits? I get disability benefit for my son, and carers.0 -
