Double glazing quote - one window

Hi guys,
I had Everest round yesterday to replace one single-glazed window with a double-glazed one.
They've quoted £590 for the window which is approx 60cm x 60cm.
Sounds pretty pricey to me, but I've got no knowledge of this sort of thing at all. What do you think?
It's a 1st floor window so there could be scaffolding problems. Apparently...

Yep Everest prices are very very high! Had a quote from them for some windows of around £4500 (excluding their pressure tactics discounts which brought it down to £2500...). I had four other quotes ranged from £600 to £1500. 'True' price is around half of Everests price.
Saying that Everest are a high quality window providers, so you pay for what you get.0 -
They won't need scaffolding, it's done from inside.0

We paid about 400 all-in for a window approx 100 x 80cm. That was from a local company. Ground floor though.0

Hi everyone,
Just to let you know I've been shopping around and got a quote for £200 for the window and the fitting - nearly a third of the Everest quote!
Without spending anything yet, I feel like I've saved loads of cash!0 -
Great news, well done!0
