spirit taekwondo. Money taken no product and cant contact after 9 weeks!!

hi guys

Im sorry im posting again about something else but I am ready to scream!!

On the 20th October I ordered a personalised black belt from spirittaekwondo megastore.
I knew loads of other people who had done so and who had received their belts within 4 weeks.

On the website it says ETA 28-45 days.

It has now been 9 weeks and I havent received anything.
I have tried calling on 12 separate occassions but I can only get as far as the reception and the mark everyone of my calls as urgent and say someone will get back to me.....no one ever does
I have sent 2 emails as well with no response.

I paid with paypal as it was for £42.
I have asked how I can cancel the order but Im told I have to speak to the instructors who are the people who never reply to me!!

I really dont know what to do now.
I cant get a refund, I cant get hold of anyone and I have no product. The money was taken out of my account 9 weeks ago.

Does anyone have any suggestions??

Can you dispute it with paypal?

Time to write a real letter then.
There is an address on their website.
Head it letter before action.
State your problem.
Tell them what you expect to happen... a full refund of supply the goods.
State when it should happen... within 14 days?
Tell them what will happen if they do not comply... you will start small claims court action to recover your money.
Send it recorded delivery.

I think paypal is 45 days to issue a dispute so unless you hear from them write them a letter send recorded delivery if you wish to pursue this in small claims court there is a cost involved and risk you still might not get your money back

In future pay by visa debt you have 120 days then

Have you explored the paypal option first? much quicker and fomalised route to explore before having to raise a small claim.

Why not ask them, to be sure?

Clearly it would be far simpler if Paypal helps you.

Will give them a call and see what happens.

Really annoying though. Other people received their belts within 4 weeks!!! with good updates!!
