How did you pay? If you paid by card, a bank or credit card statement can suffice as proof of purchase. Did you buy online? If not, what is the shop's return policy? Unless you bought online, you don't have the right to exchange anyway (receipt or no receipt) simply because it's the wrong size, but many shops will have return policies that allow you to do so within a particular timescale. How long ago is 'recently'? (Particularly important if you bought online).

    Need more info.

That makes it easy. You have two choices. Return it and ask for a bigger size, or return it under the Distance Selling Regulations and ask for a full refund. Either should be straightforward. Go back on to the website and check their returns procedure for specific instructions.

If you do want a full refund, make sure you tell them by email within seven working days (from yesterday).

Being picky, it's seven working days starting the day AFTER receipt, so that's today ;)
One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.
