Really struggling with:
11) Greece’s debt crisis has made headlines this year. If its €340billion debt were divided between every Greek citizen, approximately how much would each person owe?
A. £13,000 B. £23,000 C. £33,000 D. £43,000
I managed to find the population statistics here: http://gogreece.about.com/cs/practicalinfo/a/fastfactsgreece.htm But none of them work :S. Any ideas anyone?!Thank you to all the compers!0 -

i think 11 is B £23000
divided €340billion with 11,319,048 population http://www.google.co.uk/publicdata/explore?ds=d5bncppjof8f9_&met_y=sp_pop_totl&idim=country:GRC&dl=en&hl=en&q=greece+population
converted euros to £'s and got £25,053.278 so nearest answer is B £23000 with fluctuating currencies
Can someone try and check that please?@SteveMse on twitter & Steve.mse on Facebook. Follow if you like and get a follow back too. :beer:0 -
Don't know the answer to 10 (or 11) but it seems to me that all the alternatives are far more than George Osborne is worth

All these links points to£134,565 but not sure

I think the answer is B from here: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/politics/7719739/Coalition-Government-David-Cameron-announces-pay-cut-for-ministers.html
For Mr Cameron, the cut means he will receive a salary of £142,500 - £7,500 less than the £150,000 Gordon Brown was receiving when he left office.
The salaries for other Cabinet ministers will be cut from £141,647 to £134,565, while the pay for a junior minister in the Commons will be reduced from £94,142 to £89,435.
I presume he counts as "other cabinet minsters"?Thank you to all the compers!0 -
