on the OP's 1st post is a link to the questions and an entry form you can print out. The one in the paper has the spaces to tape the vouchers too whereas the downloaded one doesnt so not sure it needs them.. wont hurt to print it out and still attach the tokens though

hi my entry is away...but it said closing date Friday January 6th??
so did the entry form print off
this gives you an extra day
You must include your full name, address, and a daytime telephone number. The winner and a runner-up will be the first two correct entries drawn in that order by the Editor at midday on Friday, January 6. No email entries will be accepted.
The Editor’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. We will publish the names of the winners and the answers on January 11.
