I have emailed the promotions too and like the other poster, the email was rejected (not the first time with the Daily Fail) so I have emailed the tech, the editor and other contacts to ask the questions re tokens and also point out that yet again the email addy does not work!

Its a link that will open in a web page, not an office document. I have no problems opening and printing form.

the money is coming from Nationwide BS. Its not too surprising they wantto get first shot st keeping hold of it. I imagine the winner would be able to open an account when they receive email. :-( went and bought a DM just incase.

I worked in banking for 28 years & everybody has a right to some sort of bank account now even if they have ccjs, they just couldn't have a current account with standing orders, direct debits & debit card, just a basic atm card. Obviously the winner would have to provide sufficient id, passport, driving licence or a reference from employer & proof of address by way of utility bill
