Hi everyone,
I am architect in manchester, I have personally extended properties which have dramatically made profit and quick sale for my clients. Basically if houses with 4 bed are selling for £30-70k more than 3bed house then i would recommend having a extension done. If your interested please email me on
for free advice.

Your offer is welcome Naheem but wouldn't it be better to offer that advice here, in a public forum, where everyone has access to it rather than by email. He huihuinga taangata he pukenga whakaaro – A meeting of people; a wellspring of ideas (Maori proverb)0

each project has its own unique qualities otherwise discussing each case i would require my own website. I have placed a general comment of what I have observed for everyone to absorb. Hence to discuss in more detail i would need more time for that individual! an average extension for a 3 bed house to 4 bed house cost is £10-25k the house profit i have witness in Manchester recently was £50K-amazing.it is very simple0
