moving

if some one told me how stressfull dealing with estate agents was dont think I would have bothered, as it is currently selling 2 propertys.

had few problems so still no surveys done yet.

any ideas how long surveys normally take ie from when we accept offer ??

    I'd want an explanation if surveys hadn't been carried out, or at least organised within 10 days.

    You need to factor in as well, that it can take a while for your buyer to get their survey report back (perhaps 10-14 days for a building survey) so you may not hear of any issues thrown up until that long after the survey (although if they are a PITA like me, they'll be ringing their surveyor at 9am the next morning ;) )
    Don't see the point anymore in offering advice to people who only want to be agreed with...
