I have seen somewhere that one of the letters has to be sent to the companies registered address and not the branch one.
Is it the 2nd letter threatening court action that goes to the registered address?

Sorry to sound thick but for example Barclaycard would that go to the Barclays Bank registered address and Virgin One (part of RBOS) would that go to the RBOS address?0
