returning opened tv?

i bought a 3dtv from currys yesturday, set it all up and have noticed that ive started to feel slightly sick from watching 3d (been fine when watching it in the cinema's)
how can i get a full refund on the tv after it has been opened and what are my rights on doing so?

You can't and none since it was bought in the shop, UNLESS the shop has a return policy over and above the requirements of the law.

I think you will eventually be okay with it, your brain just needs to adjust itself, same with getting varifocal glasses.
Try and persevere, but ask in Currys anyway just in case you can return it.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

I presume the one you have bought is Active and has the glasses that flash and take batteries ???, the ones in the cinema are passive Currys do sell a LG and Toshiba passive one
Active can bring on headaches because of the flicker.
Currys only refund unless unopened if buying instore IIRC, if the rest of the TV is ok and you are satisfied with it i would keep it0
