the one account

just want to say, we had a bit of trouble last week, someone tried to spend hundreds of quid on our credit card basically!

the one account (royal bank of scotland) were brilliant, contacted us straight away, and best of all...they were 'on the ball' enough to not let the fake payment go through in the first place, brilliant! :A


also, all the other times when we have had to ring their customer services centre, everyone we have ever spoken to there have been really nice, polite, seem intelligent, well-trained, can understand everything they say etc etc. and they have always sorted the problem/query/request out straight away, no problems, and you're not kept on hold for ages either.


oh it's so nice to be able to say something positive about a large company for a change, feels good!:) :T
