Do not i repeat do not use brokerking,they are far dearer than others,i was paying £40 for building and contents insurance and now have both for £17,also after cancelling the direct debit with them,after sending them the required information,they still stole £120 out of my account putting me in dept,they finally admitted thier mistake but i have still not received any money from them apart from,its in the system,i repeat DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEM:eek::eek::eek:

Its the brokers fault you did not shop elsewhere before you went with them?
They took £120 for a £40 bill? You can claim that back through the direct debit guarantee.
No need to wait for the broker to refund it.
£40 for buildings and contents? That sounds very very cheap is it for a dolls house?

Did you send the information they required in time? If not, that may well explain the increase (sounds like premium rating occurred due to either change of information or information requested not being supplied on time)now have both for £17,
Sounds more like a reduction in coverage.i have still not received any money from them apart from,its in the system
