Tribunal against westminster

Does anyone know if I have a leg to stand on in a tribunal against this psrking fine:
I drive a disabled registered car and I know the rules in parking with a blue badge differ in westminster to the rest of the country this is why before m journey on a sunday morning I googled disabled parking there to find out the regulations. I got a link direct to a page entitled Visitors with disabilities on their council website this gave some bullet points as to places I could not park
Where you CANNOT park
On searching around I believed controlled hours were mon - fri 8.30am - 6.30pm, they have disabled parking spaces but outside of these hours I wouldnt of expected to find one as you could park our car there 6.30 on a fri and leave it there til mon morning. Therefore I thought it would be ok to park on double yellow lines at the end of residents parking bays at the end of a road. I thought wrong...
In m initial appeal I stated there were no signs stating different controlled hours and they replied that they didnt have to put up signs about anything as double yellow lines are a national indication of no parking, however with a blue badge this isnt the case as you can park for 3 hours as long as there are no lines on the kerb too.
I have taken it to a tribunal as I believe their website misleads you, if I could never park on double yellows at any hour this should of been a different bullet point on the where you cannot park section without the controlled hours part but I dont know if I stand any chance against them. If I had just parked somewhere being arrogant etc I wouldnt be so mad but I was attending a charity marathon in hyde park with a disabled 12 year old and I specifically checked their rules before leaving

Where you CANNOT park
- In a disabled bay which has been assigned to a white badge holder for their own personal use
- In a resident bay
- In a suspended bay
- In bays with an out of order meter or Pay & Display machine
- In doctor's, hospital or diplomat bay
- On single or double yellow lines during controlled hours (except for immediate loading/unloading)

First thing to do is to repost this onto Pepipoo.com as they have a wider range of experience. Bear in mind its xmas and you might not get an instant response.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0
