Hi

Just after a bit of advice. My little Daughter got a Hasbro Elefun toy for christmas from a friend who lives away and when we opened it and set it up it was missing balls and one of the two balls that come with it do not fit through the trunk which then in turn blocks it.
We do not have the receipt for it as it was a present and anyway the store it was bought from we do not have in our area so i contacted hasbro who have said it is not there problem basicly is there anything i can do about this i do i need to chuck the toy as it is unusable.
Its a shame too as my Daughter was so excited when she saw what she had got.

Any help would be much appreciated

Ask whomever gave it to you for the receipt or proof of purchase or ask them to return it...

Unfotunately other than than, and now the manufacturer are unwilling to help, unless the retailer offers goodwill their your only two options

Join freecycle and ask if anyone has any Elefun balls to gift. You never know.

Thanks for the advice. Im gonna try and ring Hasbro tomoz just to try one more time, its a shame that they wont help as the retailer it was brought from is a scottish company and i live in suffolk so no way of taking it back lol
