Marples PPI 26wks still waiting

I have mentioned these people before it is is now 26 weeks and no decision yet, spoke with them last week(5th complaint) they say as Marples was taken over they have to deal with two companies, but agreed this was bad after 26 weeks, they say they will chase it up.
My question is would I receive any additional compensation for the delay. they have confirmed that they have received my 3 letters complaining of the very poor service but can give no explanation why they have never replied:mad::mad::mad:(

Sorry I cannot add further to your query and sorry for asking on your thread, but what address did you send your PPI form to for Marbles if possible please as cant seem to locate this?

hope this helps if you are claiming or have the same problem I find them polite but if I do not hear anything by the middle of Jan will be back on the phone.:)

If it has taken 26 weeks and still no response, I would be inclined to take the matter to FOS. It is exchanging one queue for another but FOS will eventually get there.
