Cahoot/Santander Flexi Loan PPI Reclaim

Hi,

I was just wondering, has anyone had success with reclaiming PPI from a Cahoot Flexi Loan? The loan was taken out in 2005 and to be honest, I can't remember if it was a pre-filled PPI checkbox on the online application.

I have a copy of my original Credit Agreement and all the associated paperwork (including T&Cs which I printed off at the time) and there is no mention of PPI anywhere. On my paper statement, which I've only started receiving since Santander took over, I'm apparently paying nearly £50 a month just in PPI charges.

If anybody has had a successful claim, please could you give me some idea of how to word a claim letter?

Just ask, thats all, if you had ppi or not they have to tell you.
