MCE strike again

I am unfortunately insured with mce, was promptly
Mis sold Rac cover at 100% higher rate than I could have
Got it from Rac direct, I don't even remember taking
Breakdown cover. The useless Mce phone monkey
Told me hard luck mate you can't cancel now as it's past
14 days and it's a loan agreement that "cannot be cancelled?"

I was then told I couldn't even cancel my motorcycle policy without
Charges even though I believe I was mis sold in the first
Place.

I could do without dealing with incompetent companies but alas it's not
Possible.

What can I do next?

I didnt agree the rac cover it wasn't even mentioned until i asked them what they were taking £10 a month more than i was expecting. I have no documentation about rac cover and no member number or phone number.

I think it is your thread title "strikes again" that nakes people think you've crossed swords with them before.

They are just brokers aren't they? I've been with Carole Nash for a few years now and can reccommend them although I haven't had to claim (yet).

MCE certainly have some disgruntled customers judging by the reviews I've looked at today!
