Next refund how can i return?

Buyitall is correct, the new label system allows them to tell not only if the item was a store or directory purchase but also the price it was sold at.

I just received parcel 1 of my next sale stuff. I noticed this time around that on the paperwork that comes with it there are little stickers with barcodes and numbers that you stick onto the bag of the gift item. You affix this sticker to the bag if you are giving it to someone as a gift so that they can return it to the store. Maybe this then allows you to do an exchange? Not sure as it doesn't say. Just says affix so that the recipient of the gift can return. The number seems to include some of the numbers of the directory account.

thanks for all the replies everyone, i returned to the store new years eve, spoke to an assistant who told me there was nothing they could do as it was directory said she couldnt make the till go any further, i said ok youve done what u can but can i have head offices number cos i think the system is ridiculous. she then said well i could ring the assistant manager who after 10 seconds into the phone call said i could have an exchange for the current value (£12 instead of £27), which i was happy with. Managed to find a couple of jumpers in the sale for £12, so didnt feel like id been conned too much. But this would definately put me off buying from next again for family out of our region! thanks again.
