Ive had various loans from lloyds tsb since 2002, and always refinanced them to free some cash up, in all around 8 loans.
Just filled in claim form and waited, success on two of the loans, but rejected on the others. Decided to accept offerws on the two loans, and then complained to the ombudsman, and lets see what happens. I wasn't expecting any monies and so this is a bonus as such, even though they had deceived me when taking the loans out.
Im fortunate that Im in a position where waiting for the payment is not an issue, and I shall update the forum as the claim progress'es
