Hi
I'm after a new dishwasher. The problem I have the space for it, I can fit a 600mm width standard machine but the depth is only 550mm (god knows why)
I can't seem to find any dishwashers (free standing) that have a depth of less than 595, can anyone point me in the right direction? Ideally I'd not like to have the ruddy thing sticking out into the kitchen space.
Thanks
M

Is the space intended for an integrated dishwasher? Many of these tend to have a depth of 550 to 555mm?If my post hasn't helped you, then don't click the 'Thanks' button!0

no idea... how would I tell?0

Do you have other integrated appliances?
If you were to fit an integrated dishwasher, you would need a matching door - the same as the rest of the kitchen units.
The door would be flush with the adjacent unit doors. How thick are the doors on your kitchen units? If my post hasn't helped you, then don't click the 'Thanks' button!0 -
No other integrated appliances - some pillock has placed a surface mounted socket at the bottom as well which further reduces the depth available. Do dishwashers have a top-lip at the back to protect the pipes/plugs? I can't find many/any images on Google which show this...0

sorted this out, moved the socket and fitted a recessed one!0
