TicketWeb screwed me over

I've just found out that TicketWeb refunded my booking for the Massive Attack gig on Wednesday 7th Feb without telling me.
I booked 3 tickets on 5 Nov 2006 for the above event. I received a confirmation email stating that my tickets had been confirmed and that they would be dispatched to the address supplied.
I phoned today asking where my tickets were. I spoke to a very unfriendly and stern customer services representative saying that my booking had been rejected due to "incorrect details" being provided by me at the time of the booking.
This is completely unacceptable because:
a) The address provided in the purchase order form matches the address to which the card is registered to, with the exception that the credit card has the county defined for it.
b) The name is exactly the same between the purchase and the credit card.
c) As far as I'm concerned, the last communication I had was to let me know that the tickets had been confirmed and purchased.
The credit card account is valid because a transaction took place. £85.65 was debited in 5 Nov 2006 and the same amount was refunded on 6 Nov 2006for a seemingly unknown reason.
I wish this screw up to be followed up ASAP by them and I've demanded an explanation. If I do not get an appropriate response, then this will be taken further and I will go to the Trading Standards authority to get this resolved to my satisfaction. This !!!! up has cost me a rare experience and I have to had to cancel my plans and I've had to let down 2 other people.

When the money was refunded the day after you paid did you query it with Ticketweb? Although I am surprised they didn't email you to tell you that they were refunding because of a problem with your booking, it would surely have made sense to query the refund as soon as you got it, rather than leaving it til now.0
