I have now recived letters from debt collectors regarding a ticket from Athena (Lidls)
and
TCP(Asda)

Get ONE THING STRAIGHT THIS IS NOT A DEBT it is an UNENFORCEABLE INVOICE, you treat it exactly as you do with a Nigerian 419 email, Ignore. If you want to contact them go ahead but be prepared to part with the thick end of £2,000 by the time they have demanded increased UNENFORCEBLE PRIVATE PENALTIES for late payment, and whatever welse they think they can scam out of you.Here's my 'problem' I am battling with the thought that it is unpolite to reply! i know it's very british but one half of me says write back even to reply. So sad, i know.
Also, what i do not want to happen is they keep ramping it up with debt collectors costs so they can then make a so called genuine claim in court. No point making a claim for £50, so we'll keep sending debt collectors and add the charge to the 'debt'. This makes it worthwhile going to court.

Think it speaks for itself really! Do you actually read posts before you put your drivel in a post ?Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
