I posted on consumer rights to find out what my rights were, on vents and praise to warn other people, and on the thread that made me buy them in the first place.
Story is exactly that same, not changed once, I ordered a size 8, when they arrived they fit a size 16 person. I took measurements and sent them back. Customer services have confirmed they were faulty as they have the wrong size label.
All I wanted to do was check my rights and warn people about the bad service.
The figures of £8.50 was just to point out that what I paid to return the goods was nearly the same as what they cost, so I'd have kept them otherwise.I seldom end up where I wanted to go, but almost always end up where I need to be0 -
