Craghoppers ... beware!

I'm furious with Craghoppers. Ordered a £10 item and its just cost me £8.50 to return it as they will not refund the initial postage cost. The item was faulty but they reckon that they are within their rights not to refund it despite the fact that I returned it within 7 working days. Quoted distance selling laws at the lady and she got really nasty and started chanting that they were within their rights. Arrrrgggghhhhhh
Also, many people keep saying over and over again that the sizes are all wrong

I seldom end up where I wanted to go, but almost always end up where I need to be

If the item is faulty then they have to refund both your original postage charge and your costs incurred in returning it to them.0

Hmm, this is a slightly different story to the one you've already posted. People won't be able to help if you post duplicate, but slightly different threads.

OK, now I'm confused...doesn't take much though!
But on yet another thread you've said that you bought a size 8 and it is huge. Maybe this is personal opinion. Is it something with a tight waistband so it obviously looks like clown's trousers, or is it just your opinion that it is incorrectly sized? If it is down to opinion then it gets tricky I'm afraid.0 -

I've not seen this! That means there are at least three threads! Good Lord. Stop posting so many threads, OP. You're confusing people."Growth for growth's sake is the ideology of the cancer cell" - Edward Abbey.0 -

OK, then. Under the SOGA (not the DSR) they should refund your p&p too. Have you asked them or are you too busy ranting about them on here?

Yes. That's why I am so cross. She stated that despite that fact that they were faulty (which they had on file from the return and accepted as true) they would not be returning the original P&P.I seldom end up where I wanted to go, but almost always end up where I need to be0
